They were able to clean appliances I have never been able to get clean (my range and my toaster oven.) They really paid attention to the details and the place looks marvelous!The communication from the company is stellar - they notify you each step of the way, upon booking, reminders beforehand, and immediately after. And I am GLAD i did!!!!Michelle the coordinator at bookyourally , was in touch with me the whole day , and I really appreciate that!Bookyourally team of two wonderful ladies came in and tackled the challenges effortlessly and diligently! The team was at our place from 9 am -1 pm. They did everything!!! I mean everything!From the walls to the floors, bathroom , guest room, dining, kitchen, living room and even cleaned out my mud room!Like whhhat?! I was just blown away!Bless these ladies , because they made my stove look so damn clean , I’m not afraid to cook on it! HahahahThey even washed some random dishes I had in the sink. Right away, I noticed how exceptionally communicative, prompt, friendly, and professional they are. I communicate mostly with Michelle, who is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely polite... and accommodating and checks in with me before and after every service. I truly feel like she provides personalized attention. After booking services online or through Michelle, one of the providers is sent to my home. I have had the pleasure of working with Josselyn who is also always punctual and friendly. She has done a marvelous job both for deep and standard cleanings, adjusted her cleaning to account for the fact that we have a pup who's a heavy shedder, paid close attention to problem areas, and even removed years old paint stains from porcelain tiles in our bathroom (how did show do that??). My standard for clean is very high, but Josselyn meets it every time. I always come home to sparkling home. Overall, my experience has been wonderful. Michelle and Josselyn have taken the best care of me and my home and the services they provide are nothing less than exceptional, all at a very fair price.read more
